HOW DO I ENTER?

WINNER DETERMINATION AND PRIZES

The method of winner determination and a description of the prize(s) will be unique for each Sweepstakes, and will be described as part of each announcement on the selected social media site.
You may not win more than one prize in a Bing Social Media Giveaway Sweepstakes within a 3 month period.
If you are a potential winner, we will notify you by sending a direct message to you via the social media site where you entered or to your email account if you entered via the application on the Facebook Platform, within seven (7) days following completion of judging. If the notification that we send is returned as undeliverable, or you are otherwise unreachable for any reason, we may award the prize to an alternate winner.

Prize: (1 winner) Papa’s NFL Fantasy Draft Delivery for up to twenty five (25) people consisting of pizzas, side orders, and non-alcoholic beverages delivered by a former NFL football player on September 9, 2010 as chosen by the Sponsor. In the event that either the Winner or the NFL player is or becomes unavailable on September 9, 2010, the Delivery may occur on another mutually agreed upon date as determined by Sponsor, NFL Player, and Winner that falls on a Sunday, Monday or Thursday NFL game day, but occurring on or before September 30, 2010. The Delivery consists of the NFL Player delivering food and beverages as described above and attending the winner’s NFL game event at the Winner’s place of residence, providing football player tips for not less than one (1) hour but no more than two hours. Sponsor will provide the food and beverage items as described above; all other food, beverage, equipment, decorations, souvenirs, etc. are solely the Winner’s responsibility. The NFL Player will be as designated by Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand dollars) and includes the NFL player’s appearance fee, including estimated travel, lodging and security, and food, beverages, sides such as wings, cheesesticks, cinnapie, etc. If the actual retail value of the Prize is less than its stated approximate retail value, the Winner is not entitled to the difference in value. Sponsor has no liability for any scheduling conflicts of NFL Player or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control which interfere with or preclude NFL Player’s presence or availability for the Delivery. All costs and expenses not specifically included above, e.g. all federal, state, and local taxes, are solely the responsibility of the Winner. The potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including providing his/her Social Security Number for tax purposes) and a Publicity/Liability Release (where permitted by law) by the return date specified in the prize notification, or s/he will forfeit the Prize. The Winner will be issued a Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service, in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). The Winner’s guests will also be required to sign and return a Publicity/Liability Release, as allowed by law, prior to their attendance for the Delivery. If a guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, the guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign the Publicity/Liability Release on behalf of the guest. The Grand Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value. In the event that the potential Winner as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, (A) fails to return the required documents as stated herein; (B) declines acceptance of or forfeits the Prize; (C) is unreachable; (D) the prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (E) Sponsor determines, in its judgment, that there is non-compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor will award the Prize to a randomly selected alternate potential Winner.
