Right click on the image and then 'Save Picture As' to your harddrive. Then as long as the size is acceptable, you should be able to use it.

I'll need to see the page. But it could be set to not allow right clicks. Yes, that can be done. Then, you need to do a print screen (click that silly little key on your keyboard to capture the entire screen) and cut the image out. Is it an animated GIF?
