18+, US, Canada (void Quebec), one entry per person/email address. Ends March 14, 2012 @ 6:30am ET

Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two people to attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival with the specific dates of travel being 4/19/12-4/23/12. The Trip includes the following: roundtrip economy class airfare for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner's hometown to Palm Springs, CA; 4-nights' accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy) at a Palm Springs-area hotel; admission for winner and travel companion to Aerie & FILTER Magazine pre-festival party on 4/19/12; admission for winner and travel companion to Event 4/20/12-4/22/12; a check in the amount of $200; and a limited edition Aerie Concert braª for the Grand Prize winner and travel companion.

Specific air carrier(s), airport(s), Hotel and other Trip specifics detailed above are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,986 USD (approximately $4,965.94 CAD). The actual value of Grand Prize travel may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel booking. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel without a travel companion, no additional prize element will be substituted. All travel is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: Holiday and other blackout dates apply. All meals, gratuities, excursions, additional ground transfers, insurance, fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, incidentals, departure and airport taxes, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsor or its designee(s). Winner will be required to on dates specified above or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may (at Sponsor's sole discretion) be selected. All travel is subject to availability. Travel must originate and end at the same major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport.

Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date, destination and return date. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion will be required to provide valid government issued photo ID at time of travel as required by airport, airline and government authorities. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of Trip (as detailed above) without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian who executed Release of Liability document on said minor's behalf. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Releasees are not responsible for any changes of any element of Trip, including but not limited to changes in schedule or cancellation of Event or Party. In the event Event or Party is canceled, the remainder of the prize shall constitute the complete and total prizing for the Sweepstakes and no additional prize element substituted. Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change.

No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once Hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor or its designee.
