Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two people to attend a Pitbull concert in London, England on June 9, 2012. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest London, England, 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), and two tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Ticket Provider). (ARV $4,500)

Travel will take place June 8th – 10th, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If, for any reason, the Concert is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner

Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks, American Top 40, or On Air With Ryan Seacrest within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
