Prize: (1 winner) Trip for 2 to Los Angeles, CA to attend the premiere of the film “The Hunger Games”. Grand Prize package includes: round trip economy class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major airport in the Los Angeles area; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and 1 guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles area hotel; roundtrip ground transportation from Airport to Hotel; two tickets to attend the Premiere; and roundtrip ground transportation from Hotel to Premiere. (ARV $2,250)

Actual value may vary based on factors at time of booking, including but not limited to airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the difference in cash. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight. If the winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Hotel, air transportation will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. The Premiere is currently anticipated to be held on or about March 12, 2012. Travel dates to be determined by us in our sole discretion. All portions of the Grand Prize are subject to availability and change and are at our sole discretion.

“The Hunger Games” is scheduled for theatrical release on March 23, 2012. The Premiere, if any, will likely occur sometime within the two week period before that date, but the specific date has yet to be determined. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates set forth by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require Lionsgate to hold the Premiere at any particular time, or at all. In the event that the Premiere listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, the winner will receive $2,250.00 in Amazon.com Gift Cards (“GC”), which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. If a GC is awarded, the winner must have or will need to create an Amazon.com account in order to redeem the GC. The GC may only be used for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. Redemption of the GC will be subject to our standard terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to Amazon.com Gift Cards in effect on the day of issuance of the GC. The GC cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards. Except as required by law, the GC cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account. Amazon is not responsible if any GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the GC is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. The winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, additional transportation, food and beverages, gratuities, incidentals, baggage costs, telephone calls, excursions, charges for changing dates and/or reservations, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to us in order to claim the prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her companion engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor and/or Lionsgate in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor and/or Lionsgate reserve the right to terminate the Premiere experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her companion home with no further compensation.
