18+, US, one entry per person/email address. Submit an original Panko Recipe describing how to use Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs to create one of the following dishes: appetizer, side dish, main dish, or dessert. Ends March 26, 2012 @ 11:59pm ET

Panko Recipe must be your original creation, cannot have been published before and must comply with the Panko Recipe Requirements

PANKO RECIPE REQUIREMENTS: You must create a fully original Panko Recipe for one of the Categories (an appetizer, side dish, main dish or dessert) using at least one-half (1/2) cup of Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs. Your entry should indicate for which Category the entry is being submitted. The Panko Recipe must have a preparation time of thirty (30) minutes or less. The Panko Recipe must list all ingredients used in exact common U.S. household measurements with step-by-step preparation instructions. Do not submit any brand names for other ingredients used. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, for any reason whatsoever, including failure to adhere to the Panko Recipe Requirements or these Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION: All entries will be judged based exclusively on the following judging criteria and in the following measure: 1) Product Usage (40%) (0-40 points) (the uniqueness and realistic application as to how Panko Bread Crumbs are used in the Panko Recipe); 2) Effectiveness and Taste (30%) (0-30 points) (how well the Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs contributes to the taste and to the overall dish prepared); 3) Creativity (30%) (0-30 points) (creativity and originality of Panko Recipe). All entries will be judged by Sponsor using the judging criteria on or about April 16, 2012. The entry with the highest score in each Category (appetizer, side dish, main dish and dessert) will be declared a Category winner (subject to verification). In the event of a tie, Category winners will be decided based on the 'Creativity' criteria. Category Winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or U.S. Mail on or about May 14, 2012. Each entrant selected as a Category winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. If any Category winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Category winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries in that Category. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects pertaining to this Contest.
