13+, US, one entry per person/email address per day. Ends March 23, 2012 @ 3:00pm ET

Prize: (1 winner) Two coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s primary residence that serves American Airlines in the US to New York, NY; one standard hotel room for 2-nights at The Hilton Hotel; two premium tickets to Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark; dinner for two at The Lambs Club Restaurant (not to exceed $175, excluding alcohol); two 2-day Adult New York Passes for over 70 tourist attractions. (ARV $3,239). ARV depends on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on various factors including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations and distance between departure and destination. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all costs not specifically included in the Grand Prize Package including, but not limited to, additional transportation, meals not listed above, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses. Blackout dates: 4/7- 4/8, 5/26 -5/27, 6/30 -7/1, 7/7- 7/8, 9/2- 9/3, 10/6- 10/7, 11/17- 11/25. 12/22 – 12/31. Trip must include Sunday stay. Winner and travel companions must be able to travel on the same itinerary. Winner's travel must originate and terminate in the American Airlines city nearest the city of residence providing direct service. Direct service is travel on a published routing between two points, and any connection must be a standard connection for that route. Transportation on other carriers, ground transportation and overnight lodging, if required, will not be at the expense of American. Stopovers are not permitted, and tickets are not transferable or refundable. The tickets are further considered void and forfeited if sold for cash. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be 13 years of age or older as of the date of departure.
