Prize: (1 winner) Two tickets to the Rachael Ray show in New York City; 3 nights double-occupancy accommodations at The New York Palace; and round-trip economy airfare for two to New York City from the major airport closest to winner’s residence (ARV $2,400)

Trip must be taken between 9/1/12 and 11/30/12 and is subject to availability. Show tickets are subject to production schedules and availability. On or about August 15, 2012, winner will be asked to identify three possible show dates during the applicable time period and FunJet Vacations will try to accommodate their travel around one of the selected dates. Departure days vary based on airline’s schedule. Blackout dates will apply, which include holiday periods, convention periods and September 24 -27, 2012. Winners are responsible for any charges incurred for winner name changes, trip cancellations or rebookings. Any incidental costs and/or expenses not specifically listed above are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to, transportation to and from airports, meals, gratuities, and any airport, security, hotel or other travel related taxes, fees or surcharges. Travel guest must be at least sixteen (16) years old. Winner and travel guest are responsible for providing all necessary travel documentation, including passports and must comply with all hotel, airline and show rules and policies. If winner’s travel guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual final retail value will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. All prizes are subject to terms and conditions of individual prize provider(s).
