Ritz-Carlton Club Floor Ultimate Spa Experience consists of a trip for two (2) to one of 40 participating Ritz-Carlton resorts and spas in the continental U.S. and Canada for three days and two nights. The trip includes (i) round trip coach class air transportation for two on airline chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (ii) hotel accommodations (standard club floor room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights, (iii) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending allowance for Ritz-Carlton spa treatments and other goods or services provided by the hotel and (iv) full daily breakfast, tax and gratuity, (v) rental car of Sponsor' section selection, and (vi) club floor room and hotel taxes. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize is $4,950. The actual value may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Sponsor may substitute for air travel if winner lives close to destination. If the actual value turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. All expenses not specifically included, including but not limited to any taxes or expenses as set forth, are the sole responsibility of Winner. Trip must be taken within one year of award. An adult winner's travel companion must be 18 years of age or older, or if the companion is a minor, the winner must be such minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. Trip does not include government taxes, ground transportation, tax, gratuities, personal expenses, and all other expenses incurred on the trip that are not specifically provided for herein, and these expenses are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and his or her guest. Prizewinner and their guest must sign eligibility and liability documents prior to any travel documents being released. All trip prizes must be taken by 12/31/12. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. If prizewinner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Airline carrier's regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. If air travel is not required because the winner's residence is in close proximity to the travel prize destination, the air travel portion of prize will be forfeited and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon point of departure and fare fluctuation. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in its sole discretion. In the event a trip winner or their guest engages during the trip in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation. Certain restrictions and black out dates apply and exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor's control, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. All travel will be at the risk of prize winner and guest.
