Winner of prize shall not receive cable portion of prize unless (1) he/she resides within the activated service area of Time Warner Cable as determined by Time Warner Cable and qualifies for a “standard installation” as defined by the franchise agreement granted by the city of their residence, and (2) he/she agrees to applicable subscriber agreement of Time Warner Cable. Prizes or any of the above listed components may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, substituted, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Certain restrictions and an expiration date may apply to Gift Cards.
