PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Nestlé USA ("Sponsor") will be conducting the "Share the Joy of Reading" Instant Win Game and Monthly Sweepstakes, beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 3, 2010 and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 29, 2011 ("Promotion Period"). Each day during the Promotion Period participants may enter a promotion code found inside participating NESTLÉ® and WONKA® fun size bags to play the Instant Win Game, and also be entered into a Monthly Sweepstakes drawing. Sponsor will make a $.10 donation for each Game Code played. Sponsor will also donate a book in the form of $2 to Reading Is Fundamental for each instant win, up to a combined maximum of $250,000. In the event the amount of the combined donation is less than $100,000, Sponsor will make a minimum guaranteed donation in the amount needed to reach $100,000.

HOW TO PLAY: To play the Instant Win Game and receive an entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes, log on to Celebrationcorner.com/RIF and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Game Code. You will be notified on-screen at the end of your Game play as to whether you are a potential instant winner. You are a potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, if the notification states "CONGRATULATIONS" and indicates your Instant Win Game prize. Follow the instructions provided in the notification to redeem your prize. All Instant Win prize claims must be claimed at the time of Game play or prize will be forfeited in its entirety; however, Sponsor will still make the donation to Reading is Fundamental. If your notification states "SORRY, NOT AN INSTANT WINNER" you have not won a prize. Each time you play the Instant Win Game, whether or not you are an Instant Win Game winner, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the then current Monthly Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game play per person, per e-mail address, per day during the Promotion Period. A "day" is defined as the twenty-four- (24-) hour period beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET each calendar day during the Promotion Period. The computer clock of the Web site will be the official timekeeping device for this promotion. Game Codes are not used to determine winners. The time of day when you play the Instant Win Game, as recorded by the Game technology, will solely determine whether or not you are a potential instant winner. The potential winner is the first person to play the Instant Win Game on or after the randomly selected time. If no one plays the Instant Win Game within 5 seconds of the randomly selected time, that instant win prize will not be awarded. If multiple entries are received at exactly the same time, the Game technology will assign each a different or next available, unused time. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address to play. Unclaimed and unawarded prizes will not be awarded. By accepting a prize, winner (his/her parent/legal guardian, if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) agrees to allow the use of his or her name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes, except where prohibited. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account and, if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until your eligibility is confirmed. By playing the Instant Win Game, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final.

MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES/WINNER SELECTION: Each time you play the Instant Win Game you will receive one (1) entry into the then current Monthly Sweepstakes drawing. For each calendar month during the Promotion Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the 15th business day of the following month, from among all eligible entries received for that Monthly Drawing. There will be a total of nineteen (19) Monthly Sweepstakes drawings, one (1) for each calendar month during the Promotion Period. All nonwinning entries from each Monthly Sweepstakes drawing will be carried over into all subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes drawings. Each potential winner will be notified at the e-mail address entered at time of Game play. All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Monthly Sweepstakes winners (their parents/legal guardians, if residents of a jurisdiction that deems them to be minors) will be required to sign a Winner's Agreement and Release and return it by date specified, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If a potential winner does not respond within the time specified in the e-mail notification or cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes entry pool. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. PRIZES/ODDS: Instant Win Game Prizes (100,000): Up to One Hundred Thousand Instant Win Game winners will each receive one (1) $10 Book Cash certificate redeemable at participating retailers. Visit useyourcash.com for a list of participating retailers in your area. Book Cash certificates are valid for 12 months (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" $10.) Book Cash certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer and federal, state and local laws. Odds of winning any Instant Win Game prize 1:9,320,000. Odds stated are approximate; actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of valid Instant Win Game plays completed during the Promotion Period and the date and time of such Game plays. For each Instant Win Game prize won, Sponsor will also donate a book to Reading Is Fundamental in the form of a $2 donation. Donation is not tax deductible by the winner. Monthly Sweepstakes Prizes (19): There will be a total of 19 prizes, one awarded per month. Each winner will receive a check for five thousand dollars ($5,000) made payable to the winner. (ARV $5,000.) Odds of winning a Monthly Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Sweepstakes drawing. Limit one (1) Monthly Sweepstakes prize per person, household or address. Prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner. The Monthly Sweepstakes winners will receive a Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of Prize (stated above) that they won in the calendar year that they won. Verification and awarding of prizes will take place throughout the Promotion Period and prizes will be sent within 6–8 weeks of verification. Unclaimed Instant Win Game prizes will not be awarded. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Total ARV of all prizes: Up to $1,095,000.
