18+, US, Canada (void Quebec), one entry per person/email address. Nominate an individual, between the ages of 6-25, that you would like to have with you for the Justin Bieber meet and greet, should you be selected as the Grand Prize winner. Ends February 7, 2010 @ 11:59pm ET

Grand Prize: (1 winner) A meet and greet with Justin Bieber for winner and one guest. Justin will bring a bouquet of flowers for the winner. Winner's guest must be between the ages of 6 and 25. All details of meet and greet, including but not limited to date, time and location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select a meet and greet location in, or near winner's hometown. If winner's guest is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence and not a ward of the winner, Sponsor will need written permission from the guest's parent/legal guardian permitting guest to participate, along with a publicity/liability release. (ARV $3,000)
First Prize: (27 winners) Justin Bieber bouquet from 1-800-Flowers (ARV $75)
Second Prize: (26 winners) Justin Bieber merchandise (ARV $50)

Limit one prize per person
